RETURN POLICY
As our products are all handmade, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At this time we do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind to any of our products unless they were damaged during transit. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your candles, please contact me directly at michelle@casitamichi.com to share additional details. Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer that shops and supports our small business, and we aim to resolve any issues that may arise.
 
We know it may seem hard to shop for a scent online, which is why we provide scent notes within the description for each of our products. Please make sure to read this description in its entirety before making a purchase. 
EXCHANGE POLICY
 
A lot of attention and care goes into how we package and ship each and every order, but sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged and is deemed unusable, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to provide additional details and photos of the damaged candle and box. We will do our best to work toward a mutually agreeable solution and provide a replacement. 
 
All exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered. Please remember to notify us of said damages within 72hrs of receiving your order. Unfortunately I cannot offer an exchange on any claims made beyond our 3-day policy. To complete your exchange, please submit your damage details and photos to: michelle@casitamichi.com

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT MY ITEM IS MISSING OR INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?

Not a problem! We are only human and we know at times there will be mishaps that take place between receiving your order and shipping it out to you. If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send a photo and your order number to michelle@casitamichi.com. We will send out the correct items within 3 business days and the best part is….you get to keep the item(s) we accidentally sent in error! We only ask that you share the extra empowering vibes with a friend or keep them for yourself should you want to enjoy them.

  • Jenni rivera fashion

    Jenni Rivera was one of the best-selling regional Mexican artists of all time. We had the honor of creating a line of private-label candles named after some of her greatest hits, Parrandera, Atrevida and Rebelde for the Jenni Rivera Fashion Boutique.

  • Canary Marketing

    Canary Marketing is creative agency known for supporting small businesses in creating high-impact gifts. We provided production and fulfillment on their Spring collab with Casita Candles for their "Flowers don't tell, they show" candle drop.

  • ethika

    Ethika is a lifestyle brand that creates authentic experiences through creative innovation, self-expression, and quality products. We partnered with them during Latiné/Hispanic Heritage Month to create a "Noche con Ethika" candle.

  • The plenary

    The Plenary, Co. is a civic arts and sciences nonprofit. We collaborated with them to create six limited-edition candles inspired by their Illuminations exhibit. Each candle was designed to reflect the mood and message of its corresponding theme, offering a multi-sensory extension of the experience.

  • CONVENE

    The Convene portfolio offers award-winning venues with full customization options and elevated in-house services for highly experiential events. We partnered with them to create a private-label candle that reflects their brand aesthetics and visuals. This project featured custom tissue wrapping for a refined unboxing experience.

  • LIVE NATION

    Live Lab, the brand and innovation studio of Live Nation, creates, markets, and produces unforgettable live experiences across the globe. We designed and produced a bespoke collection of three private-label candles, created exclusively for one of their immersive concert experiences.
